BCSO: Offering reward for information on Friday night homicide

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that occurred Friday night in the area of Carlon Rd. NW & George Daniels Rd. NW in Longwood at approximately 6:30 p.m.

The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office said the 30-year-old male victim was transported to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach where he succumbed to his injury earlier this morning.

According to the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office this is an ongoing homicide investigation.

The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office is offering a $1,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person/persons responsible for the shooting of Anthony Scott Beers.
