Beautiful Easter weather brings out vendors along Riverfront
Sunday may have been the holiest day of the year for Christians, but some of them spent the day working.
It was a busy scene along the Riverfront in downtown Wilmington. The riverside vendors were out taking advantage the weather that brought out more families. Almost all of the vendors WWAY spoke with were Christian, but did not mind spending the afternoon working.
Claudia Bustamante of Lativa Accents and Art said, “Normally I work on the weekends for me it is like a regular job but I wish I can go and spend some time with the people.”
The riverside vendors are able to sell their handmade goods every day of the week for four hours. They said they usually come out only when the weather is nice.
