Biden campaign plans a tour of three NC cities Thursday

Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden’s campaign said the candidate plans a tour of three North Carolina cities Thursday.

The Delaware Senator will visit the Charlotte area, Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem and Meredith College in Raleigh.

Biden last visited the Tar Heel state in September, when he appeared with Barack Obama in Greensboro.
