Bill to expand New Hanover ABC board moves on

RALEIGH, NC (WWAY) — New Hanover County’s ABC Board is one step closer to expanding. A state Senate committee today approved a bill to expand the county’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.

The bill, sponsored by Julia Boseman, would add two members to the board for a total of five. It would then take three to approve any action.

The bill now moves on to the full Senate.
