Bill to stop cement plant construction up for discussion Tuesday

Senator Julia Boseman’s cement plant moratorium bill is up for discussion in Raleigh Tuesday.

The bill aims to stop cement plant permitting and construction until September 1, 2010. It would directly affect whether Titan America moves into Castle Hayne.
