Blackburn arrested for drug possession

The man who was shot at the home of Senator R.C. Soles was arrested Wednesday night. Police arrested 22 year old Kyle Blackburn for possession of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia. Blackburn is being held on $1000 bond. In August, Soles shot Blackburn outside the senator’s home.

Soles said Blackburn was trying to break into his home, but Blackburn says he was leaving the property when he was shot.
