Three people wanted for stealing boat and trailers

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) –The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after someone stole a boat and trailer from Boats Unlimited at 7014 Market Street.

According to a news release, it happened March 26 just before 11:00 p.m.

Three of the suspects were wearing hoodies. The Sheriff’s Office says they believe the same suspect also took a trailer in Whiteville and it was all caught on video. The suspect’s white Chevrolet truck has a reverse light on the passenger side burnt out, no bed liner, a full size spare on rear tire on driver’s side and is possible early 2000’s model.
