‘Booze It and Lose It’ campaign kicks off

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) – Labor day is fast approaching and that means a lot of celebrating and for some, drinking.

Today the North Carolina Governor’s Highway Safety Program kicked off their Labor Day Booze it and Lose it campaign.

Local and state law enforcement agencies are teaming up to target drunk drivers.

You can expect sobriety check points throughout the state.
