Brunswick Co. deputies searching for missing Shallotte teen

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Brunswick County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a missing Shallotte teen who they said was last seen at a home in Ash.

Deputies said 15-year-old Ryan Antonio Cartas went missing Tuesday just before 9 p.m. They said he is 160 pounds, 5’7″, has brown hair and brown eyes and a scar across his left elbow.

Ryan was last seen wearing a red or orange shirt and blue jeans with brown loafers. Deputies said he was last seen at his girlfriend Madison’s home, or with a friend Rusty, who lives in Ash.
