Brunswick Co. school uniform survey ends today
BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Today is the last day parents of brunswick county elementary and middle school students and school staff have to offer opinions on school uniforms.
A new online survey stems from several requests from school personnel and community members to review the existing uniform policy.
Right now three elementary schools and one middle school in the county require uniforms: Belville Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, Town Creek Elementary, and Leland Middle School.
The school district says while it is unclear if any recommendations to amend the policy will be made as a result of the review, any proposed amendments would be shared publicly while they are considered by the full Board of Education.
The survey closes at 5 p.m.
