Brunswick County deputies arrest man wanted for felony charges
BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Leland man who was wanted for several felony charges by Brunswick County deputies is now behind bars after he was arrested late last night.
Deputies say Jeremy Ray Grainger, 26, of Leland, was wanted for felony larceny, breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods. They say deputies arrested Grainger around midnight for those crimes.
His arrest comes after both the sheriff’s office and Leland Police Department had been searching for him since Wednesday. Grainger is now behind bars in the Brunswick County Jail, according to a sheriff’s office Spokeswoman.
