Brunswick County man accused of statutory rape

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A 20-year-old Leland man is accused of a sex crime involving a child.

Christopher Ryan Wiggs was arrested on Sunday and charged with statutory rape of a child.

He is in the Brunswick County jail under a $250,000 secured bond.
