Brunswick County Republicans Meet and Greet

BELVILLE–The Republican party held an event at the Riverside park in Belville.
Rain put a little bit of a damper on the social, but people who came out got a chance to get up close and personal with Republican candidates for county commission, board of education, state senate and register of deeds.

Jean Brinnal, was one of the organizers, she says Saturday’s event was a way to learn about each candidate. “To meet these people and talk with them and learn what issues are important to them, this is the best way to do it.”
