BSCO: Missing teen found safe

UPDATE: Detectives say DaMonte Batts was found safe in Leland.

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office says a teen who was last seen at school is now considered to be in danger.

DaMonte Batts, 15, was last seen around 4 p.m. Monday at North Brunswick High School.

He is a black male, 5’4″ and 145 lbs. He was last seen wearing a grey Aeropostale sweatshirt and blue jeans.
