Call center in Raleigh hiring 250 workers

A call center to handle technical help for customers of the popular iPhone will hire about 250 workers in Raleigh.

The company announced Thursday that it plans to pay more than minimum wage plus benefits for most positions and some management positions are available.

A spokesperson said the company hopes to tap the talented high-tech work force in the area.

ASC already has about 650 workers in Raleigh and more than 1,000 at a Cary facility.
