Candidate forums Thursday night for Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and Leland

We are less than four weeks away from Election Day. Thursday night, you have a chance to get to know the candidates in three area towns.

WWAY, Snow’s Cut Monthly and the Big Talker FM are hosting a forum for candidates running in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach.

It starts at 6:00 p.m. at Shanty’s Beach and Blues Club. It is on 103 South Lake Park Boulevard in Carolina Beach.

WWAY’s Kevin Wuzzardo is one of the panelists.

Voters in Leland can hear from the candidates for mayor, town council and the local water authority H2Go.

The forum starts at 6:00 p.m. Thursday.

It is in the banquet room at Antonio’s in the Cross Creek Commons shopping center in front of the Wal-Mart on Highway 17.
