Carolina Beach vying for Best Boardwalk

CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) — Another area in the Cape Fear has made a USA Today list of featured “best” places in the country.

The Carolina Beach Boardwalk is one of 20 named boardwalks in the country. The boardwalk on Pleasure Island has some tough competition, with boardwalks in Atlantic City, Chicago, New York and even Myrtle Beach also on the list.
