Carolina Beach Police searching for attempted robbery suspect
CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) — Carolina Beach Police need help identifying the woman accused of trying to rob a fast food restaurant.
Police say a woman entered the Hardee’s on Lake Park Boulevard around 7:40 p.m. on Thursday.
Police say the suspect gave the employee a note and demanded money.
When the employee left the counter to alert other staff, the woman left the restaurant.
She’s in her early to mid-20s. Police say she did not show a weapon.
