Carroll and Duckworth face former mates, Hammers top UNCW

The Wilmington Hammerheads traveled across town for an exhibition with UNCW Wednesday night. The Hammers broke a 1-1 tie with two second half goals as they prepare for the upcoming USL Pro season.

UNCW seniors Devan Carroll and Brock Duckworth have both signed contracts with the Hammerheads and went up against the guys they called teammates just a few months ago.

The Hammerheads open the season at home on April 16.
