Cary man found dead at Lake Wheeler

RALEIGH, NC (AP) — A missing Cary man was found dead by a crew
searching Lake Wheeler with sonar.

The News & Observer of Raleigh reported Monday that the body of
49-year-old Darryl Raynard Kimble was found Sunday not far from
where his empty boat was spotted late Saturday afternoon.

Raleigh Police Capt. G.B. Dixon says Kimble may have had a
health condition that caused him to fall out of the boat. He was a
meter reader supervisor for the town of Cary.
