Chadbourn man faces meth trafficking charges

COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The Columbus County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man for allegedly trafficking methamphetamine.

On Tuesday, deputies pulled over a vehicle in the Bolton community and allegedly seized trafficking amounts of crystal meth.

Gary Fernell Robinson, Jr., 24, of Chadbourn, faces several charges:

· (3) Felony – Trafficking in Methamphetamine

· (1) Felony – PWISD Methamphetamine

· (1) Felony – PWISD Marijuana

· (1) Misdemeanor – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

· (1) Misdemeanor – Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia

· (1) Felony – Possession of Heroin

· (1) Felony – Possession of Controlled Substance in Prison/Jail Premises

Robinson is being held at the Columbus County Detention Center without bond.
