Chadbourn man stabbed to death

CHADBOURN, NC (WWAY) — A Chadbourn man is dead after apparently being stabbed by his girlfriend.

Chadbourn Town Manager Stevie Cox says a man is dead after he was stabbed around 11 last night. Cox says police found a woman had stabbed her boyfriend to death.

He says the incident is still under investigation by the District Attorney’s Office and the SBI.

Chadbourn Police have not returned several calls today for information.
