City seeks input on downtown parking

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Have an opinion on parking in downtown Wilmington? The city wants to know.

The City of Wilmington is looking for public feedback in an effort to continue improving the facilities and services of downtown parking. For the second year, it is using an online survey to get that feedback.

The 13-question survey asks for opinions on things like cost, safety and convenience of public parking, as well as customer service.
