Closures planned for Surf City bridge

SURF CITY, NC (WWAY) — The NCDOT will temporarily close one of two lanes on the bridge into Surf City Sunday and Monday, from 9 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. each night, weather permitting.

In addition to the lane closures, the entire bridge will be closed for 30-minute intervals throughout the night.

The lane closures are for routine maintenance on the bridge.
