Whiteville City Schools Superintendent Kenny Garland said Bullard taught 7th and 8th grade math and science at North Whiteville Academy.
“The WCS family is deeply saddened by the loss of Angela Bullard,” Garland said. “Ms. Bullard will be known for her courage, compassion, and caring for students. The classroom teacher is the primary factor in a child’s education. Ms. Bullard, through her efforts as an educator, has made an impact on the lives of the many students she served during her career.
