Columbus woman facing several drug, weapon charges

COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A 62-year-old woman is facing a long list of charges following execution of a search warrant at a Whiteville home.
According to the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office, multiple units including the Narcotic Division, Heavy Enforcement Action Team and SWAT searched a home at 159 Stanley Circle Extension on Wednesday afternoon.
Six individuals were detained during the search. Agents found five firearms, one of which was reported stolen, heroin, cocaine and psychedelic mushrooms.
Judy Arthur Moore was arrested and has been charged with one felony count Trafficking Opium and Heroin, one felony count Possession with Intent to Sell and Distribute a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance, one felony count Possession with Intent to Sell and Distribute Cocaine, one felony count of Maintaining a Dwelling as a Place to keep and Sell a Controlled Substance, one felony count Possession of Firearm by Felon, one felony count Possession of Stolen Firearm, and one misdemeanor count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Moore was given a $150,000 secured bond, but has since posted bond and has been released until her next court appearance.
