Connor Barth & Peyton Manning reflect on Barth’s Denver debut

KANSAS CITY, MO (WWAY) — Wilmington native Connor Barth hadn’t made a kick in the NFL since 2012 due to an injury that forced the Hoggard graduate to miss the 2013 football season. On Sunday night Denver defeated Kansas City 29-16. Connor Barth made all five of his field goal attempts in his season debut. Barth made field goals from 20, 24, 30, 33 and 37 yards out. Five field goals ties a Denver Broncos team record.

Barth signed with Denver this past Tuesday after the team released kicker Brian McManus.
