Coronavirus outbreak halts Britt’s Donuts from opening for 2020 season

CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) — Britt’s Donut Shop will not open for the season this week due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.

The iconic donut shop, located on the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, was set to open on Friday, April 3.

According to the business’s website, they will remain closed until further notice.

A new opening date has yet been announced.
