Council approves $537K for City Hall repairs

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — During Wilmington’s City Council meeting Tuesday night, additional funds were approved for further repairs needed at City Hall.

The council approved more $537,000 for roofing and decorative accents to be fixed on the 160 year old building.

Repairs are currently underway and the city hopes to be finished with most of the work by the end of February.
