Creekwood murder suspect turns himself in

A murder suspect is in custody after turning himself in Monday night.

Dameion Fagan of Wilmington has been charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Delvin McIntyre in the Creekwood area on October 28th.

Fagan is currently is being held without bond.
