King said the driver of the 18-wheeler, Terry Baxley crossed over the southbound lanes to make a turn, but the back end of the trailer was in the southbound lanes. That’s when troopers said Satrazemis crashed into the trailer at the intersection of Galloway Road, tearing off the top part of the vehicle.

Trooper King said Baxley is facing a misdemeanor death by motor vehicle charge. He was booked in jail under a $15,000 unsecured bond. King said he does not suspect impairment in the incident.
