Dangerous Dog Court hears three cases Wednesday night
New Hanover County Dangerous Dog Court is a monthly feature on WWAY. There were three cases heard Wednesday night, as well as a lesson for us all on neutering.
One dangerous dog case Wednesday night involved a Welsh Terrier. It turned out to be a management issue. The dog was deemed not dangerous.
In a gentlemanly manner, two Landfall members pled their case about a dog bite that took place behind the gate. This too was labeled a management issue. The lab was also deemed not dangerous.
Then there was the case of Kahola the pit bull. He was found to be dangerous back in December.
This case will be continued 60 days so the owner can get the dog neutered.
