DFI to begin soliciting developers for Water St. parking deck

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Wilmington City Council voted 5 to 1 on a resolution to move forward with the Water Street parking deck proposals.

The Development Finance Initiative can begin soliciting developers for the site.

DFI will look at the offers and make a recommendation to City Council for a final decision.
