Digital TV Sunday
The digital transition is coming to Wilmington in a little over forty days. That means if you still watch TV with rabbit ears, your old set won’t work. African American churches spent today learning about the transition, all part of DTV Sunday.
Church representatives handed out applications to their church members who need to purchase a converter box in order to received a digital signal. Members from the FCC, the National Black Church Initiative and National Association of Broadcasters came together to educate the African American community.
