Drug bust in Ash

The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit continued enforcement in the Ash Community of Brunswick County last week with the execution of a search warrant and arrest of three suspects. Acting on anonymous community information and complaints Drug Agents obtained a search warrant for drug violations at 5013 Mill Branch Road in Ash. Agents searched the residence and seized over 260 grams of marijuana, which has an estimated street value of $1,400.00. Agents also seized three handguns, one rifle and assorted drug paraphernalia from the residence. Drug Agents arrested Bryan O. Thomas of that address for felony drug related offenses. Agents also arrested David Woods and Robert Gurley for misdemeanor drug offenses at the residence.
