EXPLORE WITH GEORGE: Cape Fear Fair & Expo

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Cape Fear Fair and Expo gets started Friday night.

For the next 10 days, Wilmington International Airport is officially the “Fairport.” This year has more rides, animals and food than ever before.

The fair is open until midnight tomorrow and next Friday and Saturday. Sunday’s hours are from 1 p.m. until 11 p.m. And the fair is open Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m.

General admission is $20, but if you don’t like the rides, you can get a walkaround ticket Monday through Thursday for just $5.
