Family feud erupts in Wilmington parking lot, brother stabbed

A family feud in Wilmington Thursday night ended with one man in intensive care.

Wilmington Police have charged 58-year-old Nathan Cheek for assault with a deadly weapon.

Wilmington Police said Cheek allegedly stabbed his brother in a Wilmington parking lot on Lullwater Drive Thursday night after a heated argument that began over a lost DVD.

Cheek is in custody under a $100,000 secured bond. Authorities think alcohol played a roll in the fight.
