Family of deployed service members can send video messages

JACKSONVILLE — Sometimes a letter or e-mail just doesn’t get the message across.

Now families of deployed service members can send a 10-minute video on DVD via the Jacksonville United Service Organization — free of charge.

The USO calls the project “Smiles Over the Miles.”
