FIRST ON 3: “Booms” felt in Leland tonight; This time we know what they were

LELAND, NC (WWAY) – People living in the Leland area say they felt two large “booms” tonight around 6:30 p.m.

Usually they’re said to be caused by the mysterious “Seneca Guns”, but this time we know that Brunswick County Sheriff’s Deputies detonated two large devices at the Alvin Page Firing Range.
