FIRST ON 3: Owner of closed downtown restaurant arrested for DWI

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wrightsville Beach Police arrested the owner of the now closed Deluxe restaurant overnight. Scott Haulman is charged with carrying a concealed weapon, DWI, having an open bottle of alcohol in his car, driving on a revoked license and … urinating in public, according to a police spokesperson.

Haulman recently closed Deluxe due to a debate over the lease, according to the Greater Wilmington Business Journal.

His bond was set at $2,000.
