Fourth of July could be Myrtle Beach’s busiest weekend yet

In the midst of an already busy summer along the Grand Strand, experts are forecasting the Fourth of July weekend to be one of, if not the busiest periods for visitors this summer.

“Traditionally, Fourth of July has been the busiest weekend of the entire year, and based on what we’ve seen for the month of June we’re expecting we will be at a very high occupancy rate,” said Karen Riordan with the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.
