Fourth arrest in E’town murder

Police have made another arrest connected to last year’s gang shooting at an Elizabethtown McDonald’s.

Police arrested 19-year-old Richard Melvin, Jr., this morning. He is charged with first-degree murder and felony riot.

Melvin is the fourth person arrested in connection to the fatal shooting in January 2009. He is in jail without bond.
