Funeral Saturday for Coach Bill Dooley

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The funeral for former North Carolina, Wake Forest and Virginia Tech football coach Bill Dooley is set for Saturday morning.

UNC announced his funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. at the Basilica Shrine of St. Mary in Wilmington.

Visitation begins at 9 a.m.

After the mass the internment will follow at Oleander Memorial Gardens.

Dooley died Tuesday. He was 82.
