Good news for our economy and One Tree Hill fans.

The series has been picked up for a seventh season. Yesterday, the CW released its early series pick-up list, which included the Wilmington-based series.

The drama employs as many as 150 locals when in production. One Tree Hill will remain in its same time spot on Monday nights.
