Habitat building blitz homes dedicated

After a week-long building blitz, three Wilmington families have brand-new homes.

Volunteers for Habitat for Humanity’s nationwide Building Blitz broke ground at the Cottages at Cornerstone neighborhood last Friday.

Today, the completed homes were dedicated.

Local builders helped construct the houses over the course of the week. More than 263 homes were built across the country as part of the building blitz.
