Hampstead man arrested for indecent liberties with a child, among other charges

PENDER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) – A 29-year-old Hampstead man faces several charges involving a minor.

The Pender County Sheriff’s Office says the victim reported Dustin Jared Frost sexually assaulted her numerous times over a year.

Deputies arrested Frost yesterday.   He’s charged with one count each of Second Degree Sexual Offense, Statutory Sexual Offense Involving a victim less than 15-years of age and Indecent Liberties with a Child.

Frost is currently in the Pender County Jail under an $800,000.00 bond.

The Sheriff’s Office says more charges are likely as the investigation continues.
