HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND: NC Festival by the Sea at Holden Beach

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The North Carolina Festival by the Sea kicks off Saturday with a Parade through Holden Beach.

The annual event features an in-shore fishing tournament, arts and crafts, children’s activities, live music and a sand castle building contest.
