Hard Rock Park sellers having hard luck finding buyer

The owners of Hard Rock Park in Myrtle Beach haven’t had any luck finding a buyer after filing for bankruptcy.

They’ve asked a federal bankruptcy judge for permission to liquidate their assets.

Attorneys for the park’s owners want to convert their chapter eleven filing to chapter seven, which would allow the company to sell its assets through a trustee and use the funds to pay their creditors.
