Harris Teeter announces hummus, chicken nugget recalls
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Harris Teeter has recalled one of its Fresh Foods Market products while announcing the recall of another product it carries.
The North Carolina-based grocer voluntarily recalled its Fresh Foods Market Artisan Hummus with Pine Nuts (UPC 7203602705) due to potential listeria contamination.

Harris Teeter said it promptly removed the product from its cases after getting a notification of the recall by its supplier Lantana Foods.
Shoppers who purchased this item should not consume it. Instead, they should return it to Harris Teeter for a full refund.
Harris Teeter also announced a recall by Maxi Canada on Yummy Yummy Dino Buddies Chicken Breast Nuggets (UPC 6456322607). Maxi Canada voluntarily recalled this product due to undeclared milk, which is an allergen.
Harris Teeter says it has removed the recalled product from its frozen food cases and asks that customers who purchased the product and have an allergy or sensitivity to milk do not to consume it. Instead, return it to your Harris Teeter for a full refund.
