Have a colorful weekend at the Tinted Turtle Trot

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Put a splash of color in your plans with the 2nd annual Tinted Turtle Trot.

Run or walk a timed 5K or do a one-mile-fun-run. On the way get covered in powdered colors to make a colorful t-shirt to take home after the race.

Today is the last day to register and still get a t-shirt, but registration is open until the morning of the race, Sunday, April 2.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Island Montessori School.
